• Name and email address — when you subscribe to our email list, take the Emotional Load Assessment, or submit a contact form.

• Purchase information — if you purchase The Inner Balance System or other products, transaction data is processed by our third-party payment and product delivery platforms (see Section 6).
• Messages — if you email us or contact us through our site, we retain the content of those communications.

• Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referral source, and browser or device type, collected via Google Analytics.
• IP address — collected automatically by our web hosting infrastructure.

Information from advertising platforms

If you interact with our advertisements on LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram, those platforms may share limited data with us, such as your name and email address via a Lead Gen Form, or conversion data when you take an action on our site after clicking an ad. • To deliver the Emotional Load Assessment results and personalised follow-up content based on your quadrant profile.
• To send you email content, product information, and offers via our email platform (Kit, formerly ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

LinkedIn Advertising generally

Facebook and Instagram Ads

Advertising platforms

LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads — see Section 4 for details. Each platform has its own data policy governing how they use data associated with ad delivery and performance measurement.

• Analytics data — Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default.
